Shipping Policy
1. Our Courier
All UK and international shipments are carried out exclusively by Royal Mail. We do not use any other courier services.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
1) United Kingdom: 2-5 business days;
2) Europe: 3-5 business days;
3) USA: 5-7 business days;
4) Rest of the world: 5-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Shipping information and tracking numbers are sent to the email address specified in your order once your parcel has been dispatched. You can use your tracking number to follow your order's progress via the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
If you have not received your tracking information or your order appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
5. Damage in Transit
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged during transit, this is the responsibility of Royal Mail under their postal carrier liability. If your order arrives damaged, please:
1) contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item;
2) retain the original packaging;
3) send us clear photographs of the damage to both the item and the packaging.
We will raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. You will not be charged anything in these circumstances.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the customs authority of the destination country. These charges are entirely outside of our control and vary by country and order value.
We strongly recommend reviewing the customs clearance rules and applicable fees for your destination country before placing an order. We cannot predict, calculate, or be held responsible for any additional customs charges incurred.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If an order is refused or abandoned at customs due to unpaid fees, we are not able to issue a refund for the original order or shipping costs.
7. Restricted Destinations
Due to the ongoing Russian military aggression against Ukraine, we do not ship orders to Russia or Belarus.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to other destinations where delivery cannot be reliably guaranteed or where legal or ethical considerations apply.
