Refund Policy
1. Your Right to Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return or exchange an item. Please note: the 14-day window begins on the day you receive your goods, not the day you contact us. You must get in touch with us within this period to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your message:
• your full name and order number;
• the item(s) you wish to return;
• the reason for your return;
• photographs of the damage, fault, or incorrect item, and of the packaging if relevant.
We will respond within 5 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before hearing from us, as we cannot guarantee acceptance of unsolicited returns.
3. Return Conditions
To be accepted for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• the return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order;
• the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition;
• the item is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and fit for resale;
• the item is not listed as non-returnable under Section 4 of this policy.
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging cannot be accepted for return or exchange, regardless of the reason.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
• custom or personalised prints: any item made to your specific requirements, including personalised artwork, custom sizes, or bespoke commissions. These items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b));
• sale or discounted items: any item purchased at a reduced price during a sale or promotional event is sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. This includes:
• the cost of return postage to send the item back to us';
• any packaging materials required to safely return the item.
We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked postal service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us. Return postage costs are non-refundable. Original outbound shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (see Section 6).
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions set out in Section 3, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
• refunds cover the cost of the returned item(s) only;
• original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error;
• return shipping costs are not refunded;
• your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. In these cases, we will cover all costs associated with returning the item and sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including original and return shipping costs. You will not be charged anything.
