We ship to most countries worldwide. When you place an order for international delivery, we share your name and delivery address with our shipping carrier (Royal Mail) to fulfil your order.
Because we ship globally, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs:
1) we only share the minimum information necessary to deliver your order;
2) Transfers to countries recognised by the UK as providing adequate data protection are permitted under UK GDPR;
3) for transfers to other countries, we rely on the necessity of the transfer to perform our contract with you (UK GDPR Article 49(1)(b));
4) your data may also be shared with customs authorities in your destination country, as required by local law
By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge that your name and address will be shared with carriers and, where applicable, customs authorities in the destination country.
-
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. We share your data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services:
1) Squarespace - the website platform, which processes order data, payments, and analytics on our behalf. See squarespace.com/privacy;
2) payment processors (Squarespace Payments / PayPal) - to securely process your payment. We do not see or store your full card details;
3) Royal Mail - your name and delivery address are shared to arrange shipment of your order to destinations worldwide;
4) Google Analytics - anonymised, aggregated analytics data. See policies.google.com/privacy;
5) HMRC and other regulatory or customs authorities where required by law.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:
1) order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements;
